چکیده
Abstract Citrus fruit quality is defined as the combination of physical and chemical traits; some which may change during ripening phase, e.g., acidity sugar content. A clear understanding their genetic control would be very helpful for marker-assisted breeding programs especially with regard to juvenile phase reproductive features that hamper selection improved hybrids. study was thus performed on heredity traits QTL detection based segregation in a progeny generated from cross between clementine cv “Commun” ( × reticulata ) mandarin “Willow leaf” C. Blanco). Parental consensus linkage maps were constructed using 645 SNP SSR markers. These represented by 10 groups 12 mandarin, representing 75% 58% respectively previously published reference map. total 16 traits, including mass, equatorial diameter, juice percentage, soluble solids, acidity, pH, glucose, fructose, sucrose, citric malic acid concentrations evaluated at three maturation dates. High variations indicating transgressive found all normal or close distributions. analysis multiple model allowed 34 QTLs maps. distributed different generally detected only one date phase. The percentage variation explained ranged 37% per QTL. Major R 2 ≥ 30%) fructose (expressed dry matter) 8 9. Co-localization controlling correlated uncorrelated mainly 2, 4, 8, 9, particularly mass acidity.

Morphological Identification of Mandarin (Citrus reticulata Blanco) in Bhutan
This study aimed to identify Bhutanese mandarin accessions using morphological characteristics. A total of 30 accessions were selected from six districts in the major mandarin-growing regions in Bhutan. Samples of 15 leaves, 5 flowers and 15 fruit were collected randomly from each accession. A total of 23 characters were evaluated from the trees, leaves, flowers and fruit from each plant. A dic...
متن کاملSOMATIC EMBRYOGENESIS IN Citrus sinensis, C. reticulata AND C. nobilis x C. deliciosa
Most of the plant regeneration processes in citrus, through tissue culture, involve indirect somatic embryogenesis. The optimization of these processes is important for the development of in vitro plant improvement and micropropagation studies. Studies to evaluate the effect of different carbohydrates in somatic embryogenesis were conducted using calli from ‘Ponkan’ mandarin (Citrus reticulata,...

Kinnow (Citrus reticulata Blanco) mandarin is a superior fruit crop in Pakistan; however, it is characterized by high number of seeds which is disliked by consumers and the processing industry. The objective of this work was to document the morphological and genetic differences in selected seeded and seedless Kinnow strains from two different locations i.e., Citrus Research Institute Sargodha a...
متن کاملThe Effect of Two Mandarin (Citrus reticulata) Cultivars on Peel Components and Juice Quality Parameters
Studies have shown that oxygenated compounds and TSS are important in food products. It seems that cultivars have a profound influence on these factors. The goal of the present study is to investigate on flavor components and juice quality parameters of two mandarin cultivars. In the last week of January 2012, at least 10 mature fruit were collected and their peel oil was extracted using cold-p...
